Scott Pilgrim vs. Me

sorry guys. I had to take the Scott Pilgrim vs. the World review down. Got contacted by one of the producers. Just know that it was a great read, and you should all be anticipating it when it arrives next summer.

EDIT: The guy was real nice about it. Just thought I'd let you all know.

That's a good sign -- producers are reading your blog. So what's next, then? I nominate Jonah Hex!

Was it really that good? I'm excited for this movie.

You know what that means, right?

Jonah Hex.
Jonah Hex.
Jonah Hex.
All the ladies in the house shout it:
Jonah Hex.
Jonah Hex.
Jonah Hex.
Now all the fellas get loud:
Jonah Hex.
Jonah Hex.
Megan Fox.
Mmmmm...Megan Fox.

If Jonah Hex is anything like the draft I have, then Megan Fox isn't getting more than 20-30 minutes screen time. She's barely in it, and frankly comes off a bit shallow, timid, and 'ugly' of a character.

But she's still going to be wearing a corset, right? And when you say "shallow", "timid", and "ugly in character"...are you implying that you're disappointed, that you thought this was going to be a breakout role for her?

If so, I've got some Lehman Brothers stock I think you might be interested in. Cheap.

Any chance that you send it to my e-mail? Answer please!

@Anonymous

lol on the Lehman Bros comment.

I wasn't expecting it to be dramatic for her, but I'm finding the way her character appears in the posters and the buzz surrounding her performance to be inconsistent with what I read in the screenplay.

Regardless, I hope the best for her role, as it reads pretty tough and hopeless for her.
